摘　　要：研究生开题是学位论文工作的起始,信息资料的收集、整理、归纳与综合是开题的前提与基础。文章介绍研究生如何快速、准确、全面地获取信息资源,如何独立、有效、准确地解决研究中的实际问题,根据开题阶段的特点,将研究生开题之信息基础技能和晋级技能融入实践中,描绘研究生开题的信息技能导航图。Thesis proposal is the beginning of a graduate student＇ s research work towards the thesis, which is based on information collection, collation, induction, and synthesis. This paper introduces necessary training process to ensure graduate students get fast, accurate, anti comprehensive access to various information resources, and to assist them solve practical proble,ns independently and effectively when writing thesis proposals. Based on the requirements and characteristics of thesis proposal, the training process helps students develop and practice the basic and advanced information skills. This paper also depicts a navigation map for the graduate students＇ information skills training and development.
