摘　　要：在全球信息化的大趋势之下,电子政务的发展程度直接影响政府的竞争力,成为衡量各国发展水平的一个指标。但是随着信息技术的快速发展,信息技术的吸纳情况对电子政务的发展起到越来越重要的作用。从对信息技术、信息技术吸纳的分析入手,分别从G2G、G2E和G2I三个角度研究信息技术对电子政务的影响,最后提出如何提升政府信息技术的吸纳能力的措施。In the age of globalization, the extent of electronic government development directly influences the government competition capability, which becomes a very important index to measure the development level in every country＇s government. While with the fast development of IT, the absorption of IT will decide the electronic government development. Analyzing the IT and IT absorption, this paper studies the IT influence on electronic government in G2G, G2E, G2I. Finally, the paper represents the countermeasures about how to improve the government IT absorption capability.
