摘  要:通过垂向异重流式分离鳃在静水中的集成试验,分析了分离鳃数量、泥沙质量浓度与泥沙沉速的关系.试验表明:在相同质量浓度下,分离鳃集成数量越多,泥沙沉速越快;浑水的含沙质量浓度对泥沙的沉速也有影响,即泥沙质量浓度越大,泥沙沉速越慢.分离鳃集成用于水沙分离可以大大缩短泥沙沉降时间,并且具有节能环保,结构简单,造价低廉等特点.By use of integration experiments of vertical-component density flow water-sediment separation device in still water,this paper analyses the relationships of the number of separation device,the sediment density and the silt sediment settling rate.In the same density,the experiments show that the sediment settling rate became faster with the increase of the number of the integration separation device;the density of cloudy water also influenced the sediment settling rate,namely,the sediment settling rate became slower with the increase of the sediment density.The application of the separation device in water-sediment separation can shorten the time for sediment settlement.The device also can save energy and protect environment.In addition to the above advantages,it has many novel features such as simple structure and low cost.
