摘 要:先利用混酸体系和3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷偶联剂(KH550)对多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)进行表面修饰,然后将修饰后的MWCNTs加入苯丙乳液中,成功制备了具有良好抗静电性能和力学性能的碳纳米管/苯丙乳液改性内墙涂料。利用透射电镜,对修饰前后的MWCNTs进行了热重分析。结果表明:KH550成功地接枝到MWCNTs表面,修饰后的MWCNTs能实现很好的分散。研究了MWCNTs用量对所制备涂料的导电性能、力学性能的影响。研究表明当MWCNTs添加量达到2.50%时,涂料的表面电阻最小,为1.42×107Ω,力学性能最佳。Multi -walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were first surface treated with concentrated HzSO4/HNO3 mixture, and then a silane coupling agent, 3 -aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550) , was grafted onto the MWCNTs, which was then added into styrene -acrylate emulsion, formulating the title MWC- NTs/styrene-crylate compound coatings for interior wall with good antistatic and mechanical properties. The MWCNTs and modified MWCNTs were studied by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and thermogravimetic analysis(TG). The result showed that the silane coupling agent was successfully grafted onto the oxidized surface of MWCNTs and the modified MWCNTs cellld was well dispersed. The effects of different MWCNTs contents on the electrical conductivity and the mechanical properties of coatings were studied. When MWCNTs content was up to 2. 50% , the mechanical properties of coatings showed the best, and the surfurce resistance of coatings was 1.42 ×10^7Ω.
