18例先天性脊柱侧凸患儿行后路半椎体切除加椎弓根系统内固定手术的护理

摘　　要：总结了18例后路半椎体切除加椎弓根系统内固定治疗先天性脊柱侧凸患儿的围手术期护理,术前重点做好心理护理、牵引护理、肺功能训练等,术后注意做好生命体征监测、病情观察、体位及皮肤护理、并发症护理、功能锻炼等。18例手术患儿均痊愈出院,随访效果良好。This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 18 congenital scoliosis children treated by posterior hemivertebrae excision and pedicle screw fixation.Preoperative care focused on psychological nursing,traction nursing and pulmonary function training.After operation,the key points in nursing were vital signs monitoring,observation of patients＇ status,posture and skin care,prevention and control of postoperative complications,and functional exercises.All the patients were cured and discharged.The outcome within follow-up was satisfactory.
