重症急性胰腺炎合并多个肠瘘患者营养支持结合功能锻炼的护理

摘　　要：报告了1例重症急性胰腺炎并发多个肠瘘(8个瘘口)的护理过程。根据患者并发多个肠瘘的特点,与营养专职护士共同制订详细的营养支持方案与个体化功能锻炼计划,注重功能锻炼,通过早期完全胃肠外营养支持逐步过渡到多途径肠内营养+消化液回输,采取有针对性的护理措施,有效地促进了营养液吸收,增加了体重,使患者一次性肠瘘修补成功治愈。This paper reports the experience of nutritional support and functional exercises in a case of severe acute pancreatitis with multiple intestinal fistulas.According to the clinical features of the patient,a nutritional support and functional exercises plan was made with the help of the nutrition specialized nurse.The patient received total parenteral nutrition support,multiple ways of enteral nutrition and digested transfusion,and took active functional exercises.As a result,the patient＇s body weight increased and the intestinal fistulas were repaired successfully.
