摘　　要：目的深入了解先天性青光眼患儿母亲看护期间的心理体验和需求,探索促进其身心健康的相关因素。方法采用现象学研究法,深入访谈8名母亲,并用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析资料。结果通过分析、整理和提炼主题,得出因延误病情而后悔;心理变化复杂,心理负担过重;面临多重挑战3个主题。结论在护理和关注先天性青光眼患儿的同时,护理人员应深入了解其母亲的内心体验,为其提供医疗、情感等支持,促进身心健康。Objective To understand the psychological experiences and needs of mothers of children with congenital glaucoma.Method The phenomenological methodology was adopted in the study.Eight mothers of children with congenital glaucoma were interviewed.Data were analyzed by Colaizzi＇s method.Results Three themes were found,including regret for delayed diagnosis,complex psychological changes and heavy psychological burden,and various challenges in daily life.Conclusion Nurses should understand the psychological experiences of mothers of children with congenital glaucoma and offer medical and emotional support to promote their physical and mental health.
