摘  要:目的:为了研究菊科风毛菊属植物云木香的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20和反相RP-18柱色谱等手段进行分离纯化,并通过波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离鉴定了8个化合物,1β-hydroxycolartin(1),5α-hydroxy-β-cos-tic acid(2),11α,13-dihydroxydehidrocostuslactone(3),11,13-dihydro-7,11-dehydro-13-hydroxy-3-desoxyzaluzanin C(4),8α-hy-droxyl-11β-11,13-dihydrodehydrocostuslactone(5),soulangianolide A(6),丁香树酯醇(syringaresinol,7),东莨菪内酯(scopole-tin,8)。结论:化合物1~4,6~8为首次从该属植物中分离,化合物5为首次从该植物中分离。Objective:To study the chemical constituents roots of Saussurea lappa C.B.Clarke.Method: Isolation and purification were carried out by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and RP-18 column chromatography.The chemical structures of constituents were elucidated on the basis of spectral data.Result:Eight compounds were isolated and identified as: 1β-hydroxycolartin(1),5α-hydroxy-β-costic acid(2),11α,13-dihydroxydehidrocostuslactone(3),11,13-dihydro-7,11-dehydro-13-hydroxy-3-desoxyzaluzanin C(4),8α-hydroxyl-11βH-11,13-dihydrodehydrocostuslactone(5),Soulangianolide A(6),Syringaresinol(7),Scopoletin(8).Conclusion: Compounds 1-4,6-8 were isolated from the genus Saussurea for the first time,and compound 5 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
