摘 要:选取240尾初始体重为(31.80±1.07)g的异育银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio),分为4组,分别饲喂在基础饲料中添加0μg/kg(对照组和热应激1组)、300μg/kg(热应激2组)、600μg/kg(热应激3组)吡啶甲酸铬(以Cr3+计)的试验饲料,在室内可控温循环水养殖系统中常温(25℃)下饲养3 d后,进行热应激(31℃)处理,分别测定热应激0 h、12 h、24 h和恢复(25℃)12 h鱼的血清生化指标。结果显示:对照组在25℃下试验36 h内各项血清生化指标变化较小,各时间点差异不显著(P>0.05)。热应激12 h时,各热应激组血清葡萄糖含量均显著升高(P<0.05);24 h时,热应激2组、3组与热应激1组相比呈下降趋势;恢复12 h,热应激3组与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。热应激12 h时,各热应激组血清胰岛素浓度显著降低(P<0.05);24 h时,热应激2组、3组与热应激1组相比胰岛素含量略有升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);恢复12 h,热应激2组、3组胰岛素水平继续升高,热应激3组和对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。各热应激组应激后血清皮质醇浓度和肌酸激酶活性均显著升高(P<0.05),恢复12 h,热应激3组能恢复至与对照组接近(P>0.05)。结果表明,在饲料中添加600μg/kg吡啶甲酸铬,有助于增强鱼体的抗热应激能力。To investigate the effect of chromium picolinate on the regulatory effect of the carp,Carassius auratus gibelio,under normal temperature(25 ℃) and high temperature(31 ℃),240 fish(mean initial weight of 31.80±1.07 g) were randomly divided into four groups.Fish were fed diets added with 0 μg/kg(as control group and heat-stressed group 1),300 μg/kg(as heat-stressed group 2),600 μg/kg(as heat-stressed group 3) chromium picolinate(in terms of Cr3+),respectively.After four groups being cultivated for 3 days at 25 ℃,group 1,2 and 3 were heat-stressed for 24 hours at 31 ℃,and then recovered 12 hours after heat stress.Serum biochemical parameters,i.e,glucose,insulin(INS),cortisol,creatine kinase(CK),in each group were determined when heat stress lasted for 0 h,12 h,24 h and recovery 12 h.There was no significant change on serum biochemical parameters of control group at 25 ℃(P〈0.05).Concentration of serum glucose in 3 groups heat-stressed for 12 hours increased significantly(P〉0.05).Compared with heat-stressed for 24 h group 1,concentration of serum glucose in group 2 and 3 decreased.After recovery 12 hours,the concentration of serum glucose in group 3 was not distinct compared with control group(P〉0.05).Content of serum INS in 3 groups heat-stressed for 12 hours decreased notablely(P〈0.05).The concentration of INS in group 2 and 3 was higher than that of group 1 after heat-stress 24 hours(P〉0.05).The content of INS in group 2 and 3 increased continuously after 12 h recovery,while that in group 3 was not notablely changed compared with the control group(P〉0.05).The activity of CK and content of cortisol in the serum of 3 heat-stressed groups increased significantly after heat stress(P〈0.05).Heat-stressed group 3 was close to control group after recovering for 12 hours(P〉0.05).The results indicated that the addition of 600 μg/kg chromium picolinate could increase the ability of C.auratus gibelio to resist heat stress.
