华北平原地区农民参与新民居建设意愿的因素分析——以河北省新民居示范工程(义和庄项目)为例

摘　　要：试点开展农村新民居建设,盘活农村建设用地,是缓解华北地区城市扩张对农用地压力的有效途径。选取较有代表性的河北省涿州市义和庄新民居示范工程为研究对象,主要从农民的角度,研究新民居建设的影响因素,建立农民参与新民居建设影响因素的Logistic模型,找出农民参与新民居建设意愿的主观及客观因素,并提出相应对策建议。The new residential construction and implementing land replacement were the effective way to alleviate pressure of agricultural land caused by the city expansion in North China.Take the representative demonstrration project of new residential construction in Yihezhuang,Zhuozhou city of Hebei province as the object of study,the influence factors of the new residential construction were proposed,and the Logistic model of factors about farmers＇ participation in the new residential construction was made from the farmer＇s perspective,so as to find both the subjective and objective influence factors,of farmer participation in the new residential construction,and to give some corresponding countermeasures finally.
