瑞昌野生山药种质资源调查及组织培养试验

摘　　要：对瑞昌山药(Dioscorea opposita Thunb.)野生资源进行了调查和人工驯化研究,据统计,瑞昌市薯蓣属(Dioscorea L.)植物主要有10种,其中最常见的种类是纤细薯蓣(D.gracillima Miq.)。瑞昌野生山药组织培养试验结果表明,最佳腋芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L,继代培养基以MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L效果较好,在1/2 MS+NAA 0.5～1.0 mg/L生根培养基中较易生根,生根培养基中添加0.2 g/L的活性炭则生根效果更好。The investigation and domestication of the Ruichang wild yam（Dioscorea opposita Thunb.） was conducted.According to the statistics,there were 10 species of Dioscorea plants in Ruichang,and the most common species was D.gracillima Miq..The result of Ruichang wild yam tissue culture showed that the best medium for axillary bud induction was MS＋6-BA 1.5 mg/L＋NAA 1.0 mg/L;Subculture was MS ＋ 6-BA 0.5 mg/L＋NAA 0.5 mg/L;Rooting was easier in the medium 1/2 MS＋NAA 0.5～1.0 mg/L with supplement of 0.2 g/L active carbon.
