摘  要:按照发酵床养猪工艺的要求建造猪舍,在猪舍发酵床铺设0.8 cm厚的有机垫料,在垫料和饲料中添加三种不同的微生物制剂,与传统养猪进行对比试验,试验仔猪初始重25 kg左右,当同栏猪达90 kg左右时试验结束。结果表明,采用发酵床养猪工艺较传统养猪可提高增重速度12.2%~14.5%,节约饲料消耗8.1%~10.8%;育肥猪养殖效益提高31.56%;猪群发育状况和健康状况显著改善,实现了高效健康养猪。猪只排粪量减少2.88%,猪粪中氨态氮及钙、磷含量分别减少49.57%、46.15%、27.97%,实现了减量排放。猪粪再通过垫料中微生物发酵降解,基本实现"零排放",不污染环境。但猪舍内小环境气候及环境卫生状况较差。Compared with the traditional pig raising,pigs in this healthy pig-raising craft were raised on a biological bed spread by organic bedding with a thickness of 0.8 cm adding in the pig houses built accoding to the requirements of healthy pig-raising craft on bio-bed.The pigs were raised from 25 kg to 90 kg.The results showed that under the healthy pig-raising craft,the growth rate increased by 12.2%~14.5%;the consumption of forage decreased by 8.1%~10.8%;and the breed efficiency of fattening pigs increased by 31.56%.The develpoment and health of pigs was improved remarkably.The amount of excrement decreased by 2.88%;and the contents of nitrogen,calcium and phosphorus in the excrements decreased by 49.75%,46.15%,27.97%,respectively,thus accomplished the reduction of emissions.Through fermentation and degradation of the excrements by microorganisms in the bedding,it could be regarded as "zero release",and no pullution to the environment.But the microenvironment climate and health situation of the pig houses were relative bad.
