摘 要:分析了广东省南澎列岛附近海域大型底栖生物的种类组成、数量分布和生物多样性等特点。结果表明,该海域大型底栖生物调查采获的大型底栖生物标本共46科64种,以多毛类、软体动物和甲壳类动物出现的种类最多,三者占了总种类数的86%。大型底栖生物总平均生物量为102.08 g/m2,总平均栖息密度为201.67个/m2。各类群生物中,平均生物量以软体动物居首位,栖息密度以多毛类居首位。其Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)分布范围在2.58~3.41,平均为2.99,属较高水平;均匀度(J)为0.86~0.96,平均为0.93。The characteristics of species composition,quantity distribution and biodiversity of macrobenthos in Nanpeng Island Water of Guangdong were analyzed.The results indicated that there were totally 64 species belonging to 46 families in the 6 investigated sites.Species of filose,crustacean and mollusk were the richest,and comprised 86% of all species.The average biomass and density were 102.08 g/m2 and 201.67 ind/m2,respectively.The crustacean and filose contributed to the biggest biomass and density,respectively.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H′) was at a high level,distributing in the range of 2.58~3.41 with an average of 2.99.And the evenness(J) was 0.86~0.96,with an average of 0.93.
