摘 要:试验利用黄白茧色限性品种Y92为材料,在4、5龄幼虫期,测定了黄血蚕(雌)、白血蚕(雄)的血液蛋白质含量的消长变化,幼虫血液蛋白质含量随生长发育逐渐增多,至5龄期第八天到达最高值,黄血蚕94.36μg/μL,白血蚕54.82μg/μL。利用双向电泳技术,比较5龄期第六天幼虫黄、白血液的蛋白质差异,在蛋白质电泳图谱中,黄、白血蚕总共检测到507个蛋白点,其中黄血蚕有287个蛋白点,白血蚕有220个蛋白点,两者能匹配的蛋白点有205对,匹配率达到80.9%;特异性蛋白点,黄血蚕有82个,白血蚕有15个。In this study,the sex-limited breed yellow and white cocoon silkworm in the 4th and 5th instar were used to analysis the metabolic rule of blood proteins.The results showed that the protein content in the blood of Bombyx mori larvae increased with growing and reached peak in the 8th day of the 5th instar.For yellow-blood silkworm(female) it was 94.36 μg/μL;and for white-blood silkworm(male) it was 54.82 μg/μL.Using two dimensional electrophoresis(2-DE) and gel image analysis system,the proteins in male and female blood of silkworm at the 6th day in the 5th instar were compared.A total of 507 protein spots were detected in the 2-DE pattern of male and female blood,of which 287 belonged to female and 220 belonged to male.Comparison showed that 205 pairs were matched in the 2-DE patterns of both male and female,with the match percentage as high as 80.9%.There are 85 protein spots specific to female and 15 specific to male.
