摘  要:为了对局部放电下SF6分解组分进行实时在线检测,研制出一套基于光声技术的SF6分解组分检测的光声装置,详细介绍了装置的工作原理和硬件构成,根据被测气体的光谱特性,选择了合适的红外光源和窄带滤光片,用模拟电场的仿真手段,设计出了该装置的关键部件光声池,并利用声传输线理论优化了光声池的结构参数。经过性能分析与测试表明,光声信号响应与被测组分气体具有良好线性关系,与美国Varian CP-3800气相色谱仪对比测试表明,两者检测各组分气体的变化趋势具有良好的一致性,96h后各组分气体最大相对误差约为8%,可对SO2、SOF2、CF4、CO2等4种SF6分解组分进行有效检测。By the basic principles of the acoustic technology,we designed a set of device for SF6 decomposition components detection,and introduced details of working principle and hardware.According to the spectral characteristics of the measured gas,we selected the appropriate infrared radiation light source and narrowband filters,adopted a simulation method of electric field,designed the key components of the photoacoustic cell,and optimized structural parameters of cell based on sound transmission line theory.Performance analysis and experimental results show that photoacoustic signal response and the measured component gas have a perfect linear relationship,contrasting with the United States Varian CP-3800 gas chromatograph,the testing gas change trend of various components has good uniformity,after 96 hours the maximum relative error of each component gas is about 8%,and the device can quickly and effectively detect components of SF6 decomposition such as SO2,SOF2,CF4,CO2.
