八味沉香胶囊对心肌缺血大鼠心肌形态结构和NF-κB表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察八味沉香胶囊对心肌缺血大鼠心肌形态结构和NF-κB表达的影响。方法:结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支复制急性心肌缺血模型。将健康成年大鼠随机分为6组:假手术组、缺血模型组、普罗帕酮组、八味沉香胶囊大、中、小剂量组。病理切片观察心肌细胞形态结构的改变,免疫组织化学方法检测NF-κB蛋白的表达。结果:八味沉香胶囊组对心肌细胞形态的改变与模型组比较明显减轻,并且抑制NF-κB的表达。结论:八味沉香胶囊对大鼠心肌缺血有明显的保护作用,其机制可能是通过提高心肌组织抗氧化能力,抑制炎症与免疫反应来实现的。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Bawei Chenxiang capsule on the ultrastucture of myocardial histiocyte and NF-κB expression in myocardium of rats with ischemia injury. METHODS The rat acute myocardial isehemia model was induced by ligation of the left anterior descending branch of the coronary artery. The rats were randomly divided into six groups： sham operated group,ischemia model group, propafenone treate group,The Bawei Chenxiang capsule were used in high,moderate and low doses group. The pathological sections of myocardial ceils were observed and the expression of NF-κB was detected and determined with immunohistochemical method. RESULTS The pathological sections of myocardial cells were remarkably relieved and the expression of NF-κB was restrained. CONCLUSION Bawei Chenxiang capsule has obviously protective effects on myocardial ischemia injury in rats. Its mechanism of action may be related with effectively improving the anti-oxidative ability of the heart tissue and inhibiting inflammatory and immune reaction.
