摘　　要：目的观察针刺降压穴治疗高血压病的降压疗效,以及对高血压伴发症状的缓解作用,为临床提供一安全有效、操作简便、适宜推广的治疗方法。方法针刺降压穴治疗高血压患者,每日1次,观察每次针刺前和针刺30 min后,及第7、14天的血压,以及头晕、头痛、心悸等高血压引起症状改善变化。结果总有效率为96.0%。在首次治疗前和末次治疗后在收缩压、舒张压、心率、脉搏方面的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其高血压引起的头晕、头痛、心悸等症状亦有改善。结论降压穴是治疗高血压的有效穴位,能降低血压并改善患者症状。Objective To investigate the hypotensive effect of acupuncture at hypotensive points on essential hypertension and its relieving effect on hypertension-associated symptoms to provide a therapeutic method that is safe, effective, easy to perform and suitable for popularization. Methods The hypertension patients were treated with acupuncture at hypotensive points, once daily. Blood pressure and hypertension-caused dizziness, headache and palpitation were examined before each acupuncture and at 30 min after, and at 7 and 14 days after the beginning of acupuncture treatment. Results The total effective rate was 96.0%. There were statistically significant differences in systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate and pulse between before first and after last treatment （P〈0.05）. Hypertension-caused dizziness, headache and palpitation also improved after treatment. Conclusion The hypotensive point is an effective point for the treatment of hypertension. It can reduce blood pressure and improve the patients＇ symptoms.
