含羟基功能基1,3,4-噻二唑硫醚大环化合物的合成研究

摘　　要：报道以2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑、2-羟基-1,3-二氯丙烷和氢氧化钾为原料,成功合成了新型含羟基功能基1,3,4-噻二唑硫醚大环化合物。并探讨了合成目标大环化合物的最佳合成条件:以无水乙醇做溶剂,在强碱和高度稀释条件下原料投料比(摩尔比)为1∶1∶4,于75～80℃条件下反应18 h的产率达到45.3%。产品通过元素分析、1H NMR、IR和MS进行了表征。The novel 1,3,4-thiadiazol cyclic polyether compound bearing hydroxyl functional group was synthesized from 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole,1,3-dichloro-2-propanol and KOH.The favorable reaction conditions of synthesizing the title macrocyclic compound were found as follows： in highly diluted and caustic alkali solution,the reaction time was about 18h,the reaction temperature was 75～80℃,the mole ratio of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole,1,3-dichloro-2-propanol to KOH was 1∶1∶4 in anhydrous ethanol.The yield of the title of compound was 45.3%.The macrocyclic compound was characterized by elemental analysis,1H NM R,IR and MS.
