摘  要:为了提高生产能力,针对马坑矿业的矿区地质及矿体特征提出了中深孔落矿-电铲出矿的平底结构分段空场采矿法,并针对该法在马坑矿业生产中的优缺点,进一步分析提出了实行积极的地压监测与管理、改善中深孔爆破性能及参数等提高其适用性和安全性的改进方法。实践表明,开采倾斜中厚矿体采用"分段凿岩、分段回采、空场放矿"时,矿石回采率达到87%,贫化率32%,大块产出率12%。On the basis of the geological conditions and the characteristics of ore-body in Makeng mining area,for the improvement of production capacity,sublevel open caving with flat-bottom structure,in which medium-length-hole blasting and electric LHD are used to stoping and drawing,was advanced.According to the advantages and shortcomings of the mining method embodied in field application,some measures to enhance its adaptability and safety were proposed,such as positive ground pressure monitoring and control,improving the parameters of medium-length-hole blasting.The practical results showed that when sublevel drilling,sublevel stoping and open drawing were applied to mine inclined medium-thick ore body,recovery rate of ore,rate of ore dilution and output rate of large fragmentation is 87%,32% and 12% respectively.
