摘 要:对某铜选厂浮选工艺流程进行改造,在铜精矿品位不低于现场指标的前提下,采用新流程进行选矿试验。对比新旧工艺选矿结果,铜、金、银回收率分别提高了2.24,4.576,.69个百分点。对新旧工艺的中矿解离度、磨矿细度、药剂吸附量等进行研究,表明新工艺的中矿再磨工艺对中矿连生体解离效果明显;新工艺采用分段磨矿,分别解离粗、细嵌布粒度的矿物,有利于提高分选效果;新工艺精矿产品药剂吸附量较旧流程大,有用矿物的上浮概率增大,有利于回收率的提高。For renovation of the flotation flow sheet to improve the recovery of the minerals in a copper mineral dressing plant,on the premise that grade of copper concentrate is not less than one obtained on the actual site,a new flotation process was used in the experiment.Comparing with the old flotation process,the recovery of copper,gold and silver were respectively increased by 2.24%,4.57% and 6.69% by using the new flotation process.The liberation degree of middling,grinding fineness and adsorption capacity of collector were investigated.It was indicated that the regrinding process of middling applied in the new flow sheet could liberate the middling effectively,grinding by two stages to respectively liberate coarse mineral grain and fine mineral grain was advantageous to improvement of separation effect,the concentrate had big adsorption capacity of collector in new technology,the floatation probability of useful minerals was larger,it was advantageous to improvement of recovery rate of minerals.
