基于绿色维修思想的工程机械大修方案研究

摘　　要：考虑到传统大修中资源浪费、环境污染、经济性差等问题日益严重,把绿色维修思想引入到工程机械大修管理中,在建立维修模型和分析传统大修弊病的基础上,给出了基于绿色维修思想的工程机械大修方案。依托绿色维修工艺,按照零件价值向性能分摊的思想,提出了报废零件残值的计算方法。新的大修方案为绿色维修思想在该领域的应用提供了可操作的方法,给行业的发展提供了新的思路。In view of the problems of conventional overhaul such as the waste of resources,environmental pollution,poor economy and so on,the idea of green maintenance was applied to the management of construction machinery overhaul.Through analyzing the problems of conventional overhaul and establishing the model of construction machinery,an overhaul scheme based on green maintenance was proposed.By means of green maintenance technique,a calculation method for residual value of scrapped parts was put forward according to the idea of distributing the value to main performance.The new overhaul scheme provides advisable methods for the application of green maintenance,and gives a new way to the development of maintenance industry.
