摘 要:采用脉冲示踪法对SK静态混合器内各截面的停留时间进行了实验测试,比较了流量对各截面停留时间分布的影响。结果表明:在同一截面上,随着流量增加,平均停留时间减小,停留时间分布密度曲线变得高而窄;在相同流量下,沿着轴线方向,平均停留时间增大,量纲一方差减小,流体流动趋向于活塞流。同一截面上,随着流量增加应答峰初期的斜率较陡,停留时间分布曲线的拖尾现象不明显。根据实验结果,采用轴向扩散模型、双参数模型和移位对数正态分布函数模型对曲线进行描述。模拟结果表明,移位对数正态分布模型的预测结果与实验值的吻合程度优于其他2个模型。The residence time distribution for different cross sections in SK static mixer was tested by using pulse tracer method.The effect of flow on residence time distribution of different cross sections was compared.The experimental results show that mean residence time decreases and the density function curve of the residence time distribution is peak and narrow with the flow increasing at the same cross section.The mean residence time increases and the dimension-one variance decreases along the axial direction at the same flow.The plug flow is gained in SK static mixer.With the flow increasing,the curve slope is sharp at the beginning and the tail phenomena of the residence time distribution curve is not obvious at the same cross section.The axial dispersion model,two-parameter model and the shift of the log-normal distribution function model were used in simulation according to the experimental results.The simulations show that the shift of the log-normal distribution function model is better than those of the other two.
