双低甘蓝型春油菜杂交种圣光401选育

摘　　要：双低甘蓝型春油菜杂交种圣光401是由雄性不育系206A和恢复系1815DH-1配制而成。2008—2009年甘肃省春油菜区试2 a 12点(次)折合平均产量3 677.1 kg/hm2,比对照品种陇油5号增产16.4%;2009年甘肃省春油菜生产试验折合产量3 271.5 kg/hm2,比对照陇油5号增产13.6%。生育期117 d左右,千粒重3.9 g,对菌核病表现轻感。芥酸含量为1.17%、硫苷含量为12.64μmol/g、含油率为45.18%。适宜在甘肃省海拔2 500 m以下有灌溉条件的春油菜区及类似生态区种植。Shengguang 401,a new double-low spring rape hybrid variety（Brassica napus.L）was bred by male sterile lines 206A and restorer lines 1815DH-1.In 2008—2009,the average yield of Shengguang 401 was 3 677.1 kg/hm2 and 16.4% higher than of the check Longyou 5 in two years at twelve times in spring rape region test in Gansu.In 2009,the average yield of Shengguang 401 was 3 271.5 kg/hm2 and 13.6% higher than of the check Longyou 5 in spring rape production test in Gansu.The results showed that seed growth period was 117 d or so and 1 000-grain weight was 3.9 g.It also demonstrated lower infection with Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.In addition,its acid content was 1.17% in oil,erucic and glucosinolate content was 12.64 μmol/g in meal,oil content of the variety was 45.18% in seed.It is suitable to plant in the region of irrigated spring rape area at an altitude of 2 500 m below in Gansu province and the similar around.
