动能自控密封器在循环风机上的应用

摘　　要：余热发电循环风机的迷宫密封,因磨损出现轴承座漏油的问题,针对该问题,安装使用了KH-9动能自控轴密封器。重点分析了风机轴密封缺陷和动能密封器的结构及工作原理、技术特点。该密封器可使润滑介质轴向摆动,伴随轴速形成"S"状轨迹软密封,实践应用表明,动能自控轴密封器能够彻底解决风机润滑油的渗、漏问题,效果明显,运行可靠。Because of the fray,the labyrinthic seal of cycle fan lost the effect and the leak oil in the bearing appeared.According to the problem,KH-9 kinetic energy automatic control axle sealing machines are installed in the cycle fan.Focusing on fan shaft seal sealing defects and the kinetic energy of the structure and working principle and technical characteristics,this machine can make lubricating oil radial oscillation and forms ＂S＂ orbit soft seal with the axle running.Application shows that leakages of the oil are solved thorough,the effect is obvious,the operation is reliable.
