摘 要:建立了埋地热油管道稳态时的物理模型和数学模型;应用CFD通用软件Fluent,模拟计算管道沿程温降,与理论公式进行了对比,结果证实与苏霍夫公式的理论解基本吻合,从而验证了Fluent在计算传热方面的可行性和准确性;而后通过Fluent软件模拟管道埋深、管道半径、管道流量、保温层以及非稳态对管道传热的影响,并通过后处理软件Tecplot对模拟结果做了数据处理,从而为工业生产中常见的此类问题的研究提供了理论依据和分析方法。In this paper,the physical and mathematical models of a buried hot oil pipeline in steady state and unsteady state are established.Making use of the common software Fluent in CFD,the drop of temperature along the pipeline is calculated and compared with the result of theoretical formula and its value is consistent with one of Sukhov formulas,which shows the feasibility and accuracy of Fluent in heat transfer calculation.Then,the impact of buried depths of pipeline,pipeline radium,the flow rate,the insulating layer and unsteady state on heat transfer are calculated through Fluent simulation.The simulation data result is processed by Tecplot.In the end,the theoretical basis and analytical method are provided for this kind of problems commonly meet in industrial production.
