摘 要:对泄漏检测方法进行了介绍,特别对瞬态模型方法的泄漏检测原理做了详细阐述。在永京输气管线杜庄-通捷管段进行泄漏检测试验,应用实时瞬态模型方法进行泄漏检测和定位,得出了泄漏对管线流动参数的影响规律。实验结果表明:瞬态模型泄漏检测法能够准确、快速检测出泄漏,并能够对泄漏量的大小进行准确地判断,使用压力曲线相交的方法可以对泄漏点的位置进行粗略地估计,泄漏定位误差随着泄漏量的增大而减小,当泄漏量大于4%时,泄漏定位误差在10%以内。In this paper,leakage detection methods are introduced the fundamental priciple of transient model method in particular is elaborated in detail.Leakage detection experiment is done on Duzhuang-Tongjie pipelines of the Yongqing-Beijing gas transmission pipeline.A transient model method is used to detect the leakage and locate the leakage position and many influencing rules of the effect of leak on flow parameters in pipelines are obtatined.The test results make known that leak detection method based on the transient model can detect leakage,especially the leak rate,accurately and quickly.The position of leak can be estimated roughly and the error of leakage location decreases with the increment;when the leak rate is greated than 4%,the error of leakage location is less than 10%.
