摘　　要：为实现自然资源信息共享,提出了基于ArcGIS Server和.NET平台的四川自然资源信息系统构建的方案,详细阐述了共享平台的整体框架,分析了系统的结构、功能和数据库设计,以及系统实现过程中用到的关键技术及其实现。In order to achieve the nature resource information exchange,this paper provided a kind of development scheme of the construction of Sichuan Natural Resources Information System（SCNRIS） based on ArcGIS Server and.NET platform to realize natural resource information sharing,to illustrate the overall framework structure in detail,to analyze the system purpose,the design principles,the structure of the system,the structure of functions and the design of database,as well as the key technologies in the implementation of the SCNRIS.
