摘  要:近年来生态环境需水量成为区域(或流域)水资源及相关领域的研究热点。依据城市生态环境需水量的影响因素提出了城市等级划分的原则、指标体系和评判方法,其中指标体系由1个目标层、5个准则层和16个单项指标构成,并选择水资源优越的安徽省六安市为研究区。根据2008年统计资料,运用模糊综合评价方法对该城市等级进行了判定,结果为:六安城区所属城市级别为Ⅲ级,即中等城市,符合实际情况,说明该指标体系及其方法科学可行。同时,对影响城市等级的瓶颈因素进行了讨论。Eco-environmental water demand was becoming a hotspot in the field of water resource in the regions(or in the river basin) and related fields in recent years.This paper put forword the principle,the index system and the method of city degree division on the basis of influencing factors of eco-environment water demand,and this index system included one object layer,five guide layers and 16 single indexes.In addition,taking Lu′an City of Anhui Province as the study area,the city degree was comprehensive evaluatied by the principle of fuzzy mathematics according to the statistical data of Lu′an City in 2008,the conclusion was that the city degree of Lu′an was Ⅲ grade as same as intermediate city and it tallyed with the actual situation.The result of evaluation showed that this index system of city degree division was scientifical and feasible and it could be a reference for city degree evaluation on eco-environment water demand in such areas.At the same time,the bottleneck factors of city degree could be found accordingly.
