摘　　要：《罗马条约》签订至今,欧盟区域政策的发展走过了半个多世纪的历程。在这半个多世纪里,欧盟基金在欧盟区域政策的不断演进中扮演了极其重要的作用。欧盟基金伴随着欧盟区域政策目标的调整,在其自身结构、功能、运作方式和管理模式上都发生了一系列的重要变化。在欧盟最新的七年凝聚计划中,欧盟基金更是以全新的方式发挥着更加重要的作用。为此,从欧盟基金支持的角度进行深入分析,才能真正了解欧盟区域政策在欧盟经济政治一体化中起到的作用。Since the signing of the Treaty of Rome,EU Regional Policy has had a history of over fifty years.In this period,EU funds under the guidance of EU Regional Policy have played a very important role and experienced changes in structure,function,operation and management.In the latest 7-year plan,EU funds is playing a more important role in a new way.This research gives an incisive analysis of the EU regional policy in the perspective of funding support and its role in the economic and political integration of European Union.
