云南“戒毒康复场所”戒毒模式探索

摘　　要：云南省吸毒成瘾严重的吸毒人员比例大,执行强制隔离戒毒的戒毒人员随着时间推移将逐步转入接受社区康复,由于目前社区康复模式建设还不完善,社区康复工作面临巨大压力,严重影响云南省戒毒工作整体成效。我们认为"戒毒康复场所"在实践中获得成效,积累了有益经验,是未来解决云南省社区康复面临的巨大压力的一种有效途径。目前云南省的戒毒康复场所建设速度和规模还远不能满足戒毒需求,建议对"戒毒康复场所"戒毒模式的现有成效推广运用,推动条件成熟的州市积极开办戒毒康复场所,进一步巩固戒毒康复场所的戒毒成效,为戒毒人员搭建回归社会的安全平台。If its population is taken into account,Yunnan Province has quite a few drug addicts.The drug addicts would return to their community for final recovery at the end of the drug rehab program.However,the existing community treatment model in Yunnan is not good enough,which hinders the final success of such program.The paper proposes the establishment of efficient drug rehab treatment centers in some cities and prefectures in Yunnan Province,whose experience will help maintain the previous achievements and strengthen the social stability.
