摘　　要：以可持续发展理论及生态旅游理论为指导,在国内外山岳景区成功旅游开发案例分析的基础上,提出西部地区山地生态旅游时空三维立体开发模式:在横向上进行不同组合的功能分区;在纵向上按照山地海拔高程变化引起不同的自然地理要素变化进行分带;在时间延续方向按照生态旅游的原理和方法,进行景区资源环境保护和旅游管理。According to the ecological civilization theory and sustainable development theory, from the success experience of the development of mountain tourism, the thesis brined up the 3S mountain tourism Sustainable development model of China＇s western region. Plane division： It carried out the functions region; Vertical division： In accordance with the change of the mountain elevation, it carried out different zones; Time sustainable development division： In accordance with the principles and methods of eco-tourism, it carried out protection of resources and management system.
