摘　　要：运用战略管理态势分析工具对秦皇岛市风电产业发展具有的优势和劣势、面临的机遇和挑战做了系统的分析,据此提出秦皇岛市风电产业发展的战略对策。In this paper, authors used the ＂SWOT＂ analysis tool, which has belonged to the subject of strategic management, to analyze the ＂strength＂, ＂weakness＂, ＂opportunity＂, and ＂threat＂ of the development of the wind power industry in Qinhuangdao City, and accordingly proposed the strategic measures which would promote the development of the wind power industry in Qinhuangdao City.
