重庆梦与中国模式

摘　　要：重庆梦是中国模式的载体与叙事。重庆通过"一座拥抱农民的城市"、"一座为低收入群众造房的城市"、"一座关爱留守儿童的城市"、"一座关注民生幸福的城市"、"一座适宜人类居住的城市"、"一座民生型的社会主义文明城市"六大实践破解了"中国双重人格难题"。重庆的实践深化了对中国模式和北京共识的认识,重新定义了现代性,肯定了社会主义制度的国家能力优势。重庆提出的民生幸福指数再造了共产党执政的必然性和社会主义制度的优越性。在国际观念市场上通过推销重庆梦、中国模式,可以向世界清晰地传达中国的理念和奋斗目标。Chongqing Dream is the carrier and narrative mode of the China Model.Chongqing breaks the 'Dual Personality Problems in China' through six practice,i.e.'a city which hugs farmers';'a city provides housing for the low-income people';'a city caring for left-behind children';'a city concerning people's well-being';'a city suitable for living';'a city with Socialist civilization based on people's livelihood'.Chongqing's practice deepens people's understanding of the China Model and the Beijing Consensus.It redefines modernity and affirms the superiority of the national capacity with socialist system.The happiness index of people's livelihood proposed by Chongqing reconstructs the inevitability of the ruling party status of the Communist Party and the superiority of socialist system.Chinese philosophy and goals can be clearly communicated to the world through disseminating the dream of Chongqing and the China Model.
