血必净联合血液灌流治疗急性百草枯中毒临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的总结分析血必净联合血液灌流治疗急性百草枯中毒的临床疗效。方法以我院2007年6月～2010年6月收治的急性重度百草枯中毒患者57例为研究对象,根据治疗方案分为单纯灌流组和联合治疗组,单纯灌流组为常规急救治疗基础上应用血液灌流;联合治疗组在单纯灌流组的基础上联合应用血必净注射液治疗。结果两组患者治疗后血清ALT、AST、CK、CKMB、LDH、Cr水平显著下降,血清炎性因子CRP、MDA、TNF-α水平显著降低,SOD活性显著升高,以联合治疗组显著。单纯灌流组死亡16例,治愈12例;联合治疗组死亡9例,治愈20例,联合治疗组病死率显著低于单纯灌流组(=3.944,P=0.047)。结论血必净联合血液灌流可降低百草枯对重要脏器的损害、降低炎性因子水平,提高治愈率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acute paraquat poisoning treatment with Xuebijing injection combined with hemoperfusion.Methods57 patients with acute severe paraquat poisoning from June 2007 to June 2010 in our hospital were included in the study.They were divided into perfusion group and combined treatment group according to treatment.Blood perfusion was used in the perfusion group on the basis of conventional application of first aid treatment of acute paraquat poisoning.Xuebijing injection combined with hemoperfusion were used in the combined treatment group.ResultsIn two groups,especially in combined treatment group,serum ALT,AST,CK,CKMB,LDH,Cr levels and serum CRP,MDA,TNF-α levels decreased,and serum SOD activity increased significantly after treament.In perfusion group,16 cases died and 12 cases were cured.In combined treatment group,9 cases died and 20 cases were cured.The mortality of two groups had significant difference（Х^2=3.944,P=0.047）.ConclusionXuebijing injection combined with hemoperfusion can reduce the damage of important organs,lower inflammatory factors levels and improve the cure rate of acute paraquat poisoning.
