摘 要:目的了解以黄疸为主要表现的新生儿败血症的临床特征、病原菌及其常见病原菌对抗生素的耐药情况。方法对133例因黄疸住院、血培养阳性的新生儿败血症临床特点、病原菌分布及耐药情况进行回顾性分析。结果 133株检出菌中革兰阳性菌130株,占97.3%,其中以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)为主,占总分离率的81.95%。革兰阴性菌仅3株,占总分离菌2.7%。药敏结果显示对青霉素耐药率最高,其次为红霉素、氨苄西林、头孢唑啉、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、复方新诺明。所有革兰阳性菌对万古霉素敏感。结论以黄疸为主要表现的新生儿败血症临床缺乏特异性。病原菌以革兰阳性菌为主,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌是主要病原菌,对常用抗生素的耐药现象比较严重。Objective To learn the clinic characteristics,the pathogens,and their antibiotic resistance in newborn septicemia with the jaundice as the main symptom.MethodsA total of 133 patients with newborn septicemia were reported,who were accepted for the jaundice and had positive blood culture results.ResultsOf the total of 133 pathogens,there were 130(97%) were gram-positive bacteria,in which the dominantly(81.95%) were coagulase negative staphylococci(CNS),and there were only 3(2.7%) were gram-negative bacteria.The drug susceptibility tests showed that the pathogens were highly resistant to penicillin,then to erythrocin,ampicillin,cefazolin,amoxilin/clavulanic acid,sinomin compositea.But all the gram-positive bacteria were sensitive to vancomycin.ConclusionThe clinical manifestations of newborn septicemia with the jaundice as the main symptom were lack of specificity.The dominant pathogens were the gram-positive bacteria,mostly of which were coagulase negative staphylococci.The antibiotic resistant of the pathogens were serious.
