迟发性外伤性颅内血肿的诊治

摘　　要：目的探讨迟发性颅内血肿的诊断及治疗。方法回顾分析72例迟发性颅内血肿的临床及影像学资料。结果良好59例,重残5例,死亡8例。结论对迟发性外伤性颅内血肿高危患者严密观察病情变化,及时做出诊断和处理,是降低致残率和病死率的关键。Objective To explore the delayed traumatic intra cephalic hematoma diagnosis and treatment.MethodsClinical and imageology data of 72 brain abscess patients treated in our hospital were analyzedby a retrospective method.ResultsIn delayed traumatic intra cephalic hematoma group,there were 59 good recovery cases,5 persisted vegetative state and 18 death cases.ConclusionStrict observation details of circadian clinical feature can improve the prognosis of delayed traumatic intra cephalic hematoma patients.
