管状胃重建消化道的食管癌根治术护理配合

摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌管状胃成形术围手术期患者的护理。方法 2007年1～2010年6月我科收住施行管状胃成形重建食管手术的食管癌患者178例,术前给予心理护理、营养支持、呼吸道准备等一系列护理措施。术后给予心理支持、呼吸道护理、疼痛护理、营养及饮食指导、早期活动及出院指导。结果 177例患者均治愈出院,顺利康复,1例患者术后第6天发生胸胃瘘并右侧胸腔积液,患者及家属放弃治疗自动出院,术后1个月死亡。结论做好食管癌管状胃成形术围手术期患者的护理,可减少术后并发症的发生,对促进患者顺利康复起着重要作用。Objective To research the nursing care method of esophageal cancer patients during the perioperative period of tubular gastroplasty.MethodsFrom January,2007 to June,2010,178 esophageal cancer patients were received for esophageal reconstruction with tubular gastroplasty.Mental nursing,nutrition support and respiratory tract preparation were applied before operation.After operation,patients received psychological support,respiratory care,pain management,nutrition and diet guidance,early motion guidance and discharge guidance.Results177 patients recovered well after treatment.One patient had gastric fistula and pleural effusion six days after operation.The patient and relatives chose to abandon treatment and left hospital;and the patient died a month later.ConclusionA good perioperative care of esophageal cancer patients with tubular gastroplasty reduces the chance of postoperative complications,and plays an important role in accelerating patients′ recovery.
