摘 要:为了解决传统摩擦式螺旋压力机耗能高、控制精度差的问题,采用开关磁阻伺服电机减速驱动螺旋副换向,提出了SRD伺服螺旋压力机力能精确控制原理,说明了电动伺服螺旋压力机的锻造用、折弯用和压砖用机型结构,设计了摇杆式螺旋压力机的竖螺杆和横螺杆机型结构,并对其特性进行了比较。试验与分析表明,新型螺旋类SRD伺服压力机具备工艺参数数控精确的优势,在与摩擦压力机对比试验中,开关磁阻伺服电动螺旋压砖机达到了节能70%。此类压力机的不同机型能够满足不同行业的工艺需求,能够实现自动化、智能化生产的目标。In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption and low control precision of conventional friction screw presses,and by using the servo motors of switched reluctance driver(SRD) to reduce the speed and drive the screw pairs to change direction,the precision force-energy control principle of SRD servo screw presses was put forward.The structures of electric servo screw presses for forging,bending and brick-making were introduced.The vertical and horizontal axis type servo elbow screw presses were designed.The characteristic comparison was carried out,and he test and analysis results show that the new servo screw presses have the advantages of exact process parameter numerical control,and the electric servo screw press driven by SRD for making brick achieves 70% energy saving in experiment contrasting the friction screw press.The SRD screw presses can satisfy the different process demands in various industries and realize the targets of automatic and intellectual production.
