摘 要:通过借助三坐标测量仪和UG软件对某型钣金型液力变矩器的壳体模型进行造型和简化,借助FLUENT,MSC软件平台,结合三维流动理论对壳体疲劳寿命进行了仿真预测,进一步通过实验对壳体疲劳寿命做了研究分析并验证了仿真结果。结果表明:仿真结果与实验结果基本相符。压力循环次数在大约10万次以内时,壳体变形量基本成线性变化;泵轮和涡轮壳体在循环圆曲率变化最大部位和中心与轴套连接部位的寿命较小。The housing of a certain fabrication hydraulic torque converter is modeled and simplified by means of three coordinate measuring instrument and UG software.Moreover,the housing fatigue life is simulated and predicted by applying FLUENT and MSC software platforms and by combining with the three-dimensional flow theory.Further tests are launched to research and analyze the fatigue life and testify the simulation result.It is proven that the simulation result basically complies with the experiment result.When the number of pressure circulations is within 100,000 times,deformation of the housing indicates linear variations basically.The service life is short at the location where the variation of circular circle curvature is the largest and where the connection between the center and the bearing bushing.
