摘 要:催化连续重整是石油加工中极其重要的工艺过程。由于反应复杂,过程变量多,变量之间耦合严重,存在许多重要不易测量变量,使过程控制难度大,采用常规的PID单回路控制有很大的局限性。多变量模型预估控制MPC是石油化工生产中广泛应用的1种先进控制策略。霍尼韦尔公司在MPC的基础上开发出了鲁棒多变量模型预测控制技术RMPCT。将RMPCT技术应用于某炼厂连续重整装置,并根据连续重整装置工艺特点制定了控制策略,建立软测量仪表。文中共涉及4个先进控制器,分别控制连续重整装置中的预分馏塔、反应加热炉、重整反应器和稳定塔。先进控制器投用后的结果表明,控制策略设计是合理的,相对传统控制方式,先进控制能使装置运行更加平稳,优化了装置运行,实现了节能降耗。Continuous Catalytic Reforming Unit(CCRU)is very important unit in the refinery.Chemical reaction is extremely complexity in CCR. There are plenty of variables which are usually multiple-variable coupling.Many variables are unmeasured by the normal instruments.For these reasons given above,the CCRU process control is especially difficult,and the result is not satisfied by the normal PID single variable control system. Multivariable model predictive control(MPC)is one of advanced process control technologies which are extensive used in petrochemical process. Based on MPC,Honeywell promoted the Robust Multivariable model predictive control technology(RMPCT).RMPCT is applied the CCRU.On the base of analysis with CCR process,the advanced controller targets and variables are determined.The controller strategy is designed.There are some soft instruments built.There are fore advanced controllers which are control the separately control prefractionator tower,heating furnace,reforming reactor and debutanizer tower.The industrial application shows that the control strategy and the definition of controller are reasonable.Compared with the normal control system,the RMPCT can more stabilize the unit,the unit operation is more optimized and energy consumption is less.
