摘 要:通过考察不同温度下CaO-SiO2-FetO-P2O5熔渣中磷在2CaO·SiO2颗粒内部和表面以及熔渣本体中的浓度分布规律,对CaO-SiO2-FetO-P2O5熔渣中磷的富集行为进行了研究.结果表明:熔渣中存在的2CaO·SiO2固体颗粒为渣中磷富集提供了场所,磷向2CaO·SiO2颗粒富集并形成2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5固溶体(富磷相).磷从熔渣本体向2CaO·SiO2颗粒的富集过程可认为是由磷自熔渣本体向2CaO·SiO2颗粒表面的传质、在2CaO·SiO2颗粒表面形成2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5固溶体以及磷通过固溶体产物层由颗粒表面向其内部扩散的3个子过程组成.提高温度对熔渣中磷向2CaO·SiO2颗粒的富集起到促进作用.小粒径2CaO·SiO2颗粒相比于大粒径颗粒虽然可以在较短时间内完成磷的富集过程,但大粒径的2CaO·SiO2颗粒有利于其所形成的富磷相与钢渣本体的分离.The distribution of phosphorous in bulk slag,inside and outside the 2CaO·SiO2 in the molten CaO-SiO2-FetO-P2O5 slag was investigated.The research results showed that the existing 2CaO·SiO2 solid particles are the condensation sites for the phosphorous enrichment.The enrichment process of phosphorus in the molten slag can be considered as the three substeps: ① the mass transfer of phosphorus from bulk slag to the surface of 2CaO·SiO2 particle;② the formation of 2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5 solid solution on the surface of 2CaO·SiO2 particle by solid solution reaction,and ③ the diffusion of phosphorus from the product layer of solid solution to the inner of 2CaO·SiO2 particle.Higher temperatures accelerate the phosphorous enrichment.Comparing to the larger 2CaO·SiO2 particles,the completion time of phosphorous enrichment is shorter for the smaller particles,but the larger ones are favorable to the separation of phosphorus-rich phases from bulk slag.
