摘  要:以二水醋酸锌和氢氧化钠为起始原料,采用H_2O_2铺助水热法制备了粒径分布均匀的ZnO纳米棒,用XRD、FTIR、FESEM、HRTEM和SEAD等手段对其进行了表征。结果表明,制备的ZnO纳米棒是单晶体,具有六边形截面并沿[0001]晶体方向生长。光致发光谱(PL)测试结果表明,添加H_2O_2制得的ZnO纳米棒在390nm处的紫外发射峰大幅增强,而在558nm处的绿色发射峰则很弱。加入H_2O_2可以调节ZnO晶体的成核和生长速率,改善晶体的质量。Using zine acetate dihydrate and sodium hydroxide as starting materials,ZnO nanorods with narrower size distribution were prepared via a H2O2-assisted hydrothermal process.The samples are characterized by means of XRD,FTIR,FESEM,HRTEM and SAED.The results show that the samples are single crystalline in nature.All of the nanorods have hexagonal cross sections and grow along the[0001]crystallographic direction.The room temperature photoluminescence(PL)measurement results show that the UV emission intensity at 390 nm of the as-obtained nanorods with H_2O_2 increases significantly,while the green emission at 558 nm is suppressed.The addition of H_2O_2 can modulate the nucleation and the growth rate of ZnO crystal.
