摘　　要：随着非典型抗精神病药物的广泛使用,其产生的不良反应日益受到人们的关注。文章首先介绍了非典型抗精神病药物所致血脂异常的发生率、类型和程度,以及既往研究中不同药物所致血脂异常的比较,随后探讨了导致血脂异常发生的相关因素(包括性别、年龄、种族、体重),及其可能存在的神经内分泌和基因方面的生物学机制,最后提出了今后该领域的研究方向及血脂异常的防治措施,为非典型抗精神病药物所致血脂异常的进一步研究和防治工作提供参考。With the wide use of atypical antipsychotics, their adverse reactions have become an increasing concern. Firstly, we in the article introduced the incidence, type and extent of dyslipidemia caused by atypical antipsychotics in comparison with that caused by different drugs mentioned in previous studies. Subsequently, we discussed related factors （including gender, age, race, body weight）, and possible neuroendocrine and genetic mech anisms of dyslipidemia. Finally, we gave some suggestions for the prevention of dyslipidemia in patients with schizophrenia treated with atypical antipsychotics in future studies
