论我国绿色港口建设

摘　　要：港口是世界经济增长的重要推动力,同时也是主要的污染源头和耗能单位。在全球环境恶化和能源危机的新形势下,提出了绿色港口的发展理念。通过梳理国内外绿色港口研究和建设的现状,分析了我国绿色港口建设的内在机理,从港口规划、港口建设施工、港口运营等方面,基于"生态-经济-社会"的角度,构建出绿色港口评价指标体系,进而提出相应的对策。As a propulsion of world economic growth,ports are also the main source of pollution and the unit of consuming energy. In the new situation of global environmental deterioration and energy crisis, the philosophy of green port development is proposed. Through combing the current studies and construction of green port at home and abroad, and analyzing the inside mechanism of our green port development,the paper builds a green port evaluation index system and puts forwards some counter- measures from the following aspects as the port development planning, building, operation on the basis of an prospective of ＂ecology-economy-society＂.
