科技文化三元素科学理性、人文特质与创新因子论析

摘　　要：现代科学技术发展依赖于合理的科学技术文化元素的构建。科技文化的基本元素具有举足轻重的功能:科学理性对科学技术发展有固本强根之力;人文特质调适事实和虚幻的合理间距,既能把科学技术人员从教条枷锁中解放出来,又利于培养人的创新能力和对科学技术的热爱情怀;创新因子引领着科学理性的方向和宗旨。中国文化软实力的提升应以科学理性为轴心,人文特质为滋养,原始创新因子为动力,来构建科技文化,以消解科技役人的异化现象,并循着科技发展的后现代主义路径,引导科学技术及科技工作者健康和谐地可持续发展。The three elements of the science and technology culture is the soul to impetus scientific and technological advance：Gcientific rationality strengthens the root of technological progress;Humanities traits adjusts reasonable space between the fact and fantasy, both liberating the technical personnel from the doctrine shackles,and cultivating people＇s capacity for innovation and passion to science and technology; The innovative factor leads the direction and purpose of the scientific rationality. Taking the scientific rationality as the axle center, the humanities traits for nutritious,and the primitive inno- vative factor for the impetus, the science and technology culture promotes soft strength of the Chinese culture, dispelling employee＇s dissimilation phenomenon by the technology, fusing the post--modernism path of science and technology, and guiding the science and technology and personnel who engaged in undertaking healthy, harmonious and orderly sustainable development.
