摘 要:将车用高压质子交换膜燃料电池系统作为一种新型车辆动力的研究对象,结合机理建模和试验建模两种建模方法,建立了较为完整的系统级高压质子交换膜燃料电池系统的数学模型。该模型包括电堆、空气系统、气气增湿、氢气系统、冷却系统五个模块,通过试验数据为系统的非线性环节建立表格模型。针对一款83kW车用高压PEMFC系统,使用Matlab/Simnlink软件进行了仿真计算,给出了空气压力、温度、湿度、氧气过量系数、系统电压等仿真结果,并通过实验数据对该模型进行了验证。对比了高压系统与低压系统的效率,仿真结果表明在低电流区间高压系统效率低于低压系统,而在高电流区间高压系统效率高于低压系统。An automotive proton exchange membrane fuel cell system was studied,and a complete mathematical model of a high pressure proton exchange membrane fuel cell system on the system level was proposed,which combined the mechanism and experimental modeling method.The proposed model includes a stack module,an air supplying module,a gas-to-gas humidifier module,a hydrogen supplying module and a cooling module,which nonlinear subsystems are expressed by experimental data tables.A high pressure 83kW PEMFC system simulation model was developed with the Matlab/Simulink and the simulation results,such as the air pressure,the temperature,the humidity,the oxygen stoichiometric ratio and the system voltage,were proposed.The model was validated to compare with the experimental U-I curve.Furthermore,the efficiencies of the high pressure system and the low pressure system were compared and a conclusion was obtained that the former efficiency is higher than the latter efficiency in the high power zone,and vice versa.
