新易筋疗法治疗肩周炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨新易筋疗法对肩周炎治疗有效性.方法：根据病例纳入标准和排除标准,选择102肩周炎患者,随机平均分成治疗组和对照组.治疗组患者采用新易筋法治疗,对照组给予常规针刺治疗.结果：经过治疗后,经统计学处理,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组;治疗后两组患者疼痛的评价、肩关节活动范围均做前后比较,治疗组与对照组分别在治疗前后有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;比较两组的疼痛情况、肩关节前屈、外展、后伸、内旋、外旋方面（P〈0.01）.结论：新易筋疗法是一种治疗肩周炎行之有效的治疗方法,能有效减轻疼痛、改善肩关节功能.Objective：To discuss curative effect of New Yijin treatment for Periarthritis of shoulder in clinic. Methods： According to inclusion and exclusion criteria of case, 102 cases were chosen and randomly divided them into the Treatment group and the Control group averagely. The Treatment group adopts New Yijin treatment. The Control group only adopts Acupuncture treatment. Resuits：After treatment,the effective Power of Treatment group is manifest super than Control group; Compare the Painful estimate and range of motion of the two groups, the Treatment group and the Control group have significant difference before and after treatment（P〈0.01） Compare the ache condition, articulation of shoulder anteflect, abduce, aboral extend, and adtorsion of the two groups. After statistical treatment, we can calculate P〈0.01. Conclusions：The New Yijin treatment can eliminate symptom of Periarthritis of shoulder,and improve pain and discomfort effectively.
