摘 要:[目的]探讨农村留守儿童的心理问题以及性别与干预效果的差异。[方法]选择6所有代表性的中小学留守学生进行SCL-90心理问卷量表测量,进行综合干预6个月后,比较干预前后量表得分。[结果]干预前,男女留守儿童在强迫症状、敌对、阳性症状痛苦水平等因子得分存在显著性差异;干预后,男生在躯体化、敌对、恐怖、偏执等因子和总分、阳性项目数上的得分有明显的降低;女生在恐怖因子和总分、阳性项目数上的得分有显著性降低。[结论]通过干预,男女留守儿童的心理问题均得到不同程度的改善。[Objective]To investigate the major psychological problems of left-behind students,and to explore the effects of intervention between gender.[Methods]The left-behind students from six county primary and middle schools were selected and investigated with SCL-90.The psychological intervention guidance was given for 6 months.A pretest-posttest control group design was implemented.[Results]The scores of obsessive-compulsive and hostility and positive symptom distress level were different significantly.At the end of intervention,the boys' scores of somatization,hostility,photic anxiety,paranoid ideation,total scores and positive items were decreased markedly.The girls' scores of photic anxiety,total scores and positive items were decreased markedly.[Conclusion]To some extent,the psychological problems are obviously improved through the comprehensive intervention on left-behind students.
