乐山市中区儿童指血微量元素状况分析

摘  要:[目的]探讨乐山市中区儿童指血中铁、锌、钙、镁、铜的状况,为临床儿童营养性疾病预防提供科学依据。[方法]在乐山市市中区妇幼保健院儿保门诊,以整群抽样的方法对2004年12月~2008年4月间0~7岁儿童2954例采其末梢血,使用原子吸收光谱仪测定血清铁、锌、钙、镁、铜。[结果]不同年龄段间,微量元素铁、锌、钙、镁、铜缺乏有显著区别(P﹤0.01)。各年龄段中,缺锌与缺铁人数最多,且年龄越大,比例越低。缺钙人数次之,年龄越大,比例越低。镁、铜缺乏不明显。[结论]提示各级医务工作者及儿童保健人员,应注重不同年龄阶段的儿童应有不同的膳食及营养平衡的指导,强化微量元素缺乏的早期干预,早期防治意识。[Objective]In order to provide the basis for the prevention of the clinical trophonosis in children,we explore the children's iron,zinc,calcium,magnesium,copper in Leshan City.[Methods]In Child Health Care Clinic of Leshan City District Maternal and Child Health Hospital,we randomly selected 2 954 aged 7-year-old children from Dec.2004 to Apr.2008 by cluster sampling to adopt their peripheral blood and detect serum iron,zinc,calcium,magnesium,copper by atomic absorption spectrometry determination.[Results]In various age groups,there were significant differences in deficiencies of zinc,iron,calcium,copper,magnesium(P﹤0.01).Zinc and iron deficiency were more serious than the other trace elements,and The children were older,the lower the deficiency proportion they had.However,the calcium deficiency was opposite.Copper and magnesium deficiency were not obvious.[Conclusion]It prompts for all levels of health care workers and child care workers,it should step up publicity efforts,emphasize the reasonable diet,nutritional balance in order to achieve early intervention and early treatment.
