摘　　要：[目的]了解四川省德阳市罗江县村卫生室服务能力现状。[方法]采用问卷定量与社会学定性访谈相结合的方法,对四川省德阳市罗江县33所村卫生室及57名村医进行调查。[结果]四川省贫困地区村卫生室在人员素质和基础设施方面比较落后,服务能力较低,业务开展受到局限;政府投入不足,管理不够规范。[结论]提高从业人员素质,加强基础设施建设,提高服务能力;建立资金池,加强管理,落实"新农合"的执行。[Objective]To understand the server capability of village clinics in Luojiang county of Deyang.[Methods]Quantitative questionnaires and qualitative sociology interview were used to investigate 33 village clinics and 57 country doctors in Luojiang county.[Results]The quality of personnel and infrastructure were poor in village clinics in poor areas in Sichuan province,which caused the low service capabilities and limitations on business;the investment and management of the government remained to rise.[Conclusion]It＇s necessary to improve the quality of employees,strengthen the infrastructure construction in order to improve service capabilities on one hand;on the other hand,creating a funding pool,strengthening its management as well is probably a good way to implement the policy of new-type rural cooperative medical care.
